16th Annual Conference of IPARM

The Executive Committee of the Association successfully organized the 16th Annual Conference of Indraprastha Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, DelhiPMRCon 2022 in physical mode on March 5, 2022, at the VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital. Prof U Singh graced the inaugural function as chief guest and released the Souvenir and Dr VK Gupta delivered the IPARM 2021 Oration lecture on “Paediatric Rehabilitation – Approach to Developmental Disorders”. Nine papers were presented by the junior and senior residents competing for the IPARM Gold Medal Award and Dr Prageeth (PGT, VMMC & SJH) won the medal. The annual “Dr Charanjeev Kaur Memorial Award for Promising Young Active Resident” and the “Rehabilitation Research Award” saw a flurry of nominations and we are thankful to the evaluation committee members for selecting the awardees. Dr Krishna B (AIIMS) and Dr Gurpreet Singh (VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital) won the Dr Charanjeev Kaur Memorial Award (Certificate and Rs.5,000/-). Dr Sandipan Hazra and Dr Vijender Anand won the Rehabilitation Research Award (Certificate and Rs.10,000/-).
